Because it is so easy to sit here and just enjoy the park and scenery we have not done to much looking around so we decided we should do a little of just that.
This shrine is just along the new road from the park into Kino Bay.
After a day in old Kino finding a few things we dropped into a few other campgrounds but nothing outshone where we are staying, even though they are in town.
Since we had driven down the whole coastal strip we decided to go up into the new subdivision to see what others can afford. The gate was wide open so we just drove on in. Beautiful homes on cliffs overlooking the sea, oh so beautiful.
Look at the stairs on this one, but guess what a view from every room I bet.
But not to be outdone the neighbor seems to be doing the bigger better thing, we will have to check back some time to see the results.
Out the back a view over New Kino.
Today we decided to drive over to the estuary and then some of us would walk home. It was very beautiful, would have been nice to have a kayak and just float around.
Ron testing the water to see if it is salty, yes it was.
So calm and serene.
A lone white pelican swimming in the water.
Can you see the white spots in the bushes, some birds roosting.
Drawing them in made it rather fuzzy but here was the bird.
Not much for flowers around here yet, so when I see something in bloom I have to take a picture.
Isobel and her baby, Marmaduke, had all his stitches out but now has to where the cone so he leaves things alone.
The beach was beautiful today, perfect for the walk home.
There we go now we can rest up some more and read a good book, only 12 days before we hit the road north.
