On the way we met a few bunnies, this one thought he was invinsible and sat in the middle of the road.
This one thought he was hiding, they were cute but kinda skinny, not much meat for the stew.
At the harbour we talked to a fellow, he and his four brothers were born and raised here and the boats in the harbour are their's. He is 41 and wanting to sell everything, his home, boat etc., lobster season for this area ended June 30 and he said the first three weeks were good and then they got a storm and it never recovered. One of his brothers owns the little campground we are sitting in. They were in the midst of getting their boats out of the water for the season.
Look how calm the bay was today, not a ripple, no wind this morning which has been unusual but this afternoon it came back.
Every yard here is piled with Lobster traps, the other day when we were in Pictou we went to a lobster display where they showed how the mother threw off her eggs and how long it took for them to get to any size, it was very interesting.
Mom and Dad are all packed for the ride home tomorrow, I think they had a good time but are anxious to get back to their routine, was good having them, hope we did not wear them out.
