Shediac

All through Quebec and New Brunswick we have been feasting on local strawberries and they have been so gooooood but today we saw the biggest one yet.

We were on our way to Shediac and Cap Pele just to look around, and of course Shediac is known for its big lobster. The town is very touristy and they want money to do just about anything. they were going to have fireworks tonight and were getting all ready for that.

We stopped by a place called Fred's at Cap Pele for lunch and Mom and I shared a Lobster Club Sandwich, yummmy and Ron had Chicken Poutine, he was in heaven.
As the folks were not with us yesterday when we went onto the Irving home where all the trees and gardens were we took them today and got a picture of K C Irving himself. Our campground owner says the helicopter we heard this morning were the Irvings coming into the summer place which is close to the campground.

Down the way we have this house where the owner has done some imaginative home redecorating, he really is quite tallented, when you go inside the walls are covered with wooden carvings and just about anything else imaginable.

The weather today was sunny, with clouds, and then sunny with rain, and then cloudy, you just did not know what was coming next.
Hope Curtis and family made it safely to Phoenix today, that Matt and his friends are enjoying hockey school this week in Kelowna and good luck to Veronica in the swim meet this weekend.
Love to everyone
