North Sydney

On our way early this morning and probably a good thing had a couple of wrong turns today, no thanks to the GPS, but all is well we are at our campground in North Sydney.

Another beautiful day up and the roads were a little better than the ones we have been taking as we had to go on a major highway.

We crossed the Canso Causeway over to Capr Breton just before lunch.

We allowed Tom (our GPS) to take us to the campground and he was so far off base, the campground is right on the highway but even though we saw a campsight we did not think it was ours as it was not where we were being told where to go. All I can say is thank goodness for church yards, good places to turn around and almost always empty.

Got to our campground about 4pm and then went out to Jane's for dinner, very good we all had fish and chips.

We did not unhook and only put out one slide as we will head to the ferry about 6am, it sails at 9:30 am but there is a caravan here at the park that is also going to be on that sailing so we want to be early and get into line.
