Captain Cook and Admiral Paliser

This morning we left in search of a electrical connection for Larry's car to the motorhome, we did find the RV dealer but he did not have what we needed. Coming down from the ring road we made a stop at the Captain Cook Look out, Captain Cook explored and mapped most of this area from 1762 to 1767.

Did our final shopping and then did a quick stop at home for lunch before we headed out on the Admiral Paliser route which is the north side of the bay.
It certainly was not as picturesque as the South shore but had a few interesting spots. This was the local Tern Colony Island and the birds were squawking noisily.

At the end of the road is Cox Cove, which was probably the most interesting, it had a good size fish plant and this picnic site at the end of the road.

Nice day all in all, on the way home Larry bought ice cream, (he lost his bet to me), I had Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, it was yummy "Thanks Larry"
