Amazing, just totally awesome, everyone should get to spend a day at The Museum of Civilization in Hull Quebec.
We knew today was supposed to be very rainy so planned to spend it indoors at the museum.
After doing our first transit transfer on the bus system we arrived in Quebec at 10am and left the museum at 5pm, it was just so wonderful.
As you see by the sky it was just that very ugly outside today, after leaving the museum we walked across the Alexander Bridge returning to Ontario and decided to walk along the canal toward the Mackenzie King bus stop.
We came across the very old stone building which turned out to be the Bytown Museum, Ottawa was originally named Bytown after John By who built the canal. This little museum was full of info on the building of the canal and was very interesting.
Home at 8pm, and are ready to put our feet up once again.
I'll have to look up the Museum...glad you had a great day!
