A day in Chico California

Finally we found some warmth, so have decided to spend 3 nights in Corning California.

We are staying at the campground at the casino which cost 25.00 per night however many rv'ers are boondocking right next door.

This morning we decided to take a drive over to Chico, and found the Bidwell Mansion State Park. A lovely home built by the Bidwell family when they came to the area.

Also drove out to the Honey Run Bridge, a covered bridge about 10 miles out of town.

Rogue River State Park, Oregon

We crossed into the US October 24th and stayed our first night at our favorite free casino, Tulalip in Marysville Washington. They have a smorg to die for, yummmm.

The next morning we went on south through Seattle and Portland, the fall trees were beautiful.

Stopped for the night at the Rogue River State Park, what a beautiful park. The fee was only fifteen dollars with electricity.

The Start of year two in our new adventure

We started our second winter with a week in Bridal Falls, getting our coach and tow'd all ready to go. As usual it rained continually while we were there but we got out to a couple Abbottsford Heat hockey games and went to see Stanley Park in Vancouver.
